Traslopal 1000 is an automatic vehicle on underground rail, able to move pallets and metallic containers on motorized roller conveyor up a weight of 1000 kg ands size of 1200 x 1200 mm.

The correct positioning is reached by means of double encoders.

Power supply is battery , so no obstacles on ground or over the vehicle is present ( i.e. conductive rails).

Connection between vehicle and roller conveyors of the plant is made up by MUX. (PLC with remote I/O cards)

Safety sensors : laser scanners placed on the diagonal of the vehicle and bumpers.
